Master Class with David Moreno on Sunday, April 20th 10am to 12:30pm
Deep Flow Lateral Sequence: sensation, pulsation, inner rhythm - , which is also the themed styled class of one DVD by the same name.
More on the DVDs...
DEEP FLOW LATERAL SEQUENCE is a sensational yoga practice that will bring the immediate and profound unwinding of mental and physical tension, open awareness to the inner wave of subtle energetic movement, while strengthening and tonifying the oblique abdominals and organs. Deep Flow: Lateral Sequence is a profound visually rich yoga class, set to the hypnotic original music of percussionist/composer Laura Inserra.
Deep Flow: Lateral Sequence is immensely engaging for levels 1- 3 of yoga practitioners as it moves at a steady pace, allowing for a progression into an interior landscape of sensation, pulsation, and inner rhythm. It challenges practitioners to go beyond mindless and automatic yoga practices in order to experience the subtle levels of prana shakti - the life force.
And for all of our Club’s cyclists, - Wheel of Yoga for Cyclists: Pre & Post Ride Practices -, The material assembled in Wheel of Yoga was presented first as workshops for training and rehabbing professional cyclists. Cycling, while keeping riders fit and vibrant, also makes demands that over time or through injury can take its toll. This user-friendly and highly practical set of pre- and post- ride yoga practices will help sustain cyclist and give them the most from their cycling experience.
In addition, to segments on vitalizing breathing practices on the Pre-Ride section and cooling and calming breathing practices on the Post-Ride section, a segment on Hydration offers the latest research studies on the topic of hydration combined with Ayuvedic tips for detecting dehydration and recommendations for staying hydrated.
