Cycle, Strength, & Core Boot Camp
Join Sandra Linke for 4 weeks of intense workouts every Tuesday and Thursday from April 13th through May 6th. Get into great shape and experience results in a motivating, positive, challenging and fun environment!
Each 75 minute class will include:
45 minutes of indoor cycling
30 minutes of dynamic stretching, toning, flexibility and core conditioning
Week 4: Aerobic and Anaerobic Cycle Challenge. Breaking through barriers! Compound strengthening exercises for the whole body. |

“CREATING A MEMORABLE PHOTO BOOK” by George Draper
Learn how to organize and present your photographs of a travel adventure, memorable celebration or unique family history in an attractive, custom-made photo book. Capture the imagination of your family and friends with your photo book creation. This introductory workshop focuses on practical steps to photograph, design and assemble your images in a picture story. The workshop offers examples, tips and discussion on how to publish your own book. This workshop is perfect for emerging photographers and family archivists who want to preserve and create a family treasure. Photo book creation will be demonstrated on Apple’s iPhoto program.
You are welcome to bring in and share your photo book examples.

A Somatic Trainer at the Club at the Claremont who specializes in clinical biomechanics. With more than 23 years of experience in sciences applied to sports training Daniel has dedicated his professional life to train recreational and competitive athletes of different sports, to develop rehabilitation programs for injured sports participants and to help athletes and coaches of different levels to achieve methodological efficiency and improve performance of their teams/athletes. Currently Daniel is sharing his time with his own business, Fitness Quotient that is dedicated to sports performance, rehabilitation and movement reeducation programs for sports teams and participants of all levels.

HEADING FOR A TRAIN WRECK, THE RISING COSTS OF PRIVATE COLLEGES AND THE GUTTING OF THE UC SYSTEM - An Important Discussion for future College Students and their Parents with Wendy Walker-Moffat, Ed.D.
Wendy will provide first hand information and guidelines for families on the changes she has seen in applicants, acceptances, college value and costs, and its impact on family decisions. She will address the primary concern facing many California families, whether to send their children to a public university campus or to a private college. This discussion is for parents and grandparents, but high school students are welcome. Reservations are required.
